Welcome to SaltDrop

By placing an order with SaltDrop, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Our service

SaltDrop delivers water softener salt to homes in and around Washington County, Wisconsin. Delivery is calculated from West Bend, WI at $0.10 per mile.

If you choose, we will also carry the salt into your basement and fill your softener for an additional fee.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown per bag. The total includes the cost of the salt, any optional carry-in and fill service, and delivery. We will confirm the final total with you before delivery.

Payment

You may pay with cash, with a card at the time of delivery, or online. If you choose to pay online, we will send you a secure payment link.

Delivery

We will contact you to arrange a delivery time. Please make sure we can safely reach your delivery location. If you have special instructions, such as a gate code or a preferred drop-off spot, let us know when you order.

Limitation of liability

SaltDrop is not responsible for delays or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather or unsafe delivery conditions. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
